Matema Lutheran Hospital
Matema Hospital is one of the largest health facilities owned by the Konde Diocese of Kenya, located in Kyela district, Mbeya region. This hospital, established in 1997, provides health services to the Kyela community and surrounding areas. It provides outpatient and inpatient services, major and minor surgery, maternal and child care, tuberculosis and malaria treatment, as well as HIV and AIDS services. It also has a laboratory, radiology, dental services and nutritional counseling. Through these services, Matema Hospital has become a major health resource for thousands of citizens.

MANOW Lutheran Seminary
Mwakeleli Lutheran Training Center is a training center owned by the Konde Diocese of the Catholic Church, located near Kandete, in Busokelo district. The center provides vocational training in carpentry, sewing and computers, as well as Christian education for youth and community members. It also provides accommodation and meeting facilities for various seminars and workshops. With its peaceful environment and stunning views of the Livingstone Mountains, the center has become a popular venue for sports camps and community gatherings. Through the center, the diocese aims to build self-reliance skills among youth and promote community development.

Matema Beach View Lutheran Centre
The Iwambi Children's Bread Center was established in 1995 through a Social Work project aimed at fostering orphans, and officially started in September 1998 with the care of 9 children. Under the Department of Christian Care and Social Services of the Konde Diocese, the center has been a support for 125 children, of which more than 90 are already independent and more than five others have graduated from university. It currently cares for 29 children (16 boys and 13 girls) who are in primary and secondary schools. Its operation depends on donations and donations from believers and various stakeholders.
